Hello the second time today! Sunday is recipe sharing time! Last year in South Tyrol, I had one of the yummiest drinks ever in my life and that was called Johannes. It is called Johannes as it is made with red currant syrup and red currant means Johannisbeere in German.
Today, I’d like to share the recipe for this amazing drink with you:
- Red currant syrup
- Some mint leaves
- Fill the glass with prosecco and add some red currant syrup according to taste.
- Cut the lime into quarters and add one quarter to the glass
- Put two mint leaves in the glass and add some ice if you like
- Enjoy your drink!!!
This drink is perfect for a girl’s night or as an appetitive for a party….. Easy and yummy!
